We all know that keeping secrets isn’t good for us.

When you have a big secret, you carry more shame, guilt and anxiety every day.

During an affair, why do we end up with a secret keeper in our lives? I mean, it’s a secret, shouldn’t it just stay that way?

The first secret keeper is the obvious one.

Often during an affair, there is fear, as well as a deep, sometimes subconscious, desire to be able to share your secret with someone.

As long as there are relationships, there will always be infidelity. This is nothing new. It has been happening for centuries.

So I ask again, “Why the BIG SECRET?”
