Secrets have a tendency to mushroom

“Secrects have a tendency to mushroom. You think you are keeping it all together, but in fact you are becoming more fragmented.”
~ Esther Perel

Sometimes just admitting something to someone is helpful.
Often it brings a huge sense of relief.

However, you need to understand this about human beings first.
What you tell others, depends on what you are willing to admit to yourself.

And that is why talking to the RIGHT person is so important.

You need to be able to be vulnerable.
You need to be able to take responsibility.
You need to be able to pour your heart out.

And you need to be able to trust that the person you are talking to will not judge you or try to dictate to you what you should or should not do next.

This is YOUR life. This must be YOUR decision.

But this must also take into account all the people you love and care for.

Who might you hurt?
Is it worth it?
How will your decision affect your life going forward?
What will your life look like on the other side of your decision?

Processing your thoughts and feelings with someone can actually help you think more clearly about a situation.

Often when you hear your own thoughts spoken out in words, things start to become more clear.

My CLARITY 1:1 sessions are created exactly for this.

I’ve got your back. I can help you.
