A little self-reflection

When you go through hardships, or through traumatic experiences, it can change the way you think, the way you live, and the way you grow.

It blocks your creativity, dulls your joy, depletes your energy, robs your passion, and crushes your self-confidence, and with that your self-love.

This is when you need to dig deep and remember, you are the one in charge of your life.

When you are depressed or down on yourself, it is hard to see all the beautiful parts that are a part you. Everyone has something special about them.

Self-love is an ongoing process.
It takes practice.
It takes daily reminders.
It does not happen overnight.

This exercise is to help with self-reflection, to better understand yourself, and also to make positive changes in your life!
Let’s do this!
